6 steps to launch your Done For You website
Step 1
Place your order
Choose your favourite website design, add it to cart and checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email with a guide to the next steps.
Step 2
Book in a build date
I’ll get in touch to book in a website build and launch date. This is usually within 3 weeks, just to give you a chance to prepare all of your content.
Step 3
Prep your content
Whilst waiting for the website build date to roll round, you will get all of your content and branding ready and send it over to me (I’ll tell you what I need).
Step 4
Build the website
I will build your website for you, adding all of your content and branding, styling the page and getting the website setup for SEO success.
Step 5
Test and review
I will test that everything is working as it should be and you will have a chance to review the website and request any minor amendments.
Step 6
Launch it
And just like that, your brand new website is ready to launch. I’ll sort all of this out for you. All you need to do is start shouting about it!

Yes! This collection of Done For You Squarespace templates has been created for business owners just like you. Business owners that don’t have the time (or desire) to try and figure out complicated website systems. Business owners that just want to be able to update their website and move on with their day. And that’s exactly what you’ll be able to do.
Once your website is up and running, you will get access to a bank of video guides that will talk you through the basics, such as editing copy, changing photographs and adding in links. And I know you’ll be able to do all of this with ease, because Squarespace is designed for simplicity. It’s why I love and it’s why I know you’re going to love it too.

This is a Done For You template, which means that I will add all of your content, change the branding colours and fonts, replace all of the images with your own and completely personalise the website for you.
I will make sure it looks great on both desktop and mobile and I’ll get it setup for SEO success too. I’ll even handle the domain and launch.
All you need to do is send me all of your content and then sit back and relax.

This is a one-page Squarespace template and the page is packed full of pre-designed sections that I will populate with your content, including testimonials, newsletter sign ups, contact form, services section and more.

Your website can be setup with the following features, if you need them - mailing list, lead magnet download, pop-up window and announcement bar.
Your mailing list can be connected to Squarespace, Mailchimp or another email provider.
If you choose to use the built-in Squarespace email campaign tool (it's basic but perfect for simple emails), there is an additional monthly/yearly Squarespace fee. If you want to send 1 email a week, this will cost an additional £8 per month, on top of your Squarespace subscription fee.

As part of your ‘Done For you’ template, I will setup your website for SEO success. This will include adding keyword rich page titles, meta descriptions, headers and image ALT tags.

Your website will come with a 6 month free Squarespace trial. This means that you don’t need to start paying for Squarespace until we’ve built your website and we’re ready to launch.

Once your website is launched, you will access to an online video library. Inside the library will be a host of simple video guides that talk you through everything you'll need to know if you want to make changes to your website, such as how to add content, change the colours, make page edits and add new images.

Once you’ve purchased your Done For You template, you're going to need to send me all of your content and branding so that I can build your website.
A full list of what you’ll need to provide will be sent to you when you place your order, but as a quick overview, you’ll need a bank of high quality, professional images for your website as well as all of the copy (words) and branding (logo, colour scheme etc).
If you need help with any of this, let me know and I can recommend some awesome copywriters and photographers that can help you.

Your Squarespace website comes with a free 6 month Squarespace trial, but once we're ready to launch your website, you'll need to start paying a monthly or yearly subscription fee.
This costs between £144-£420 a year, depending on which plan you need, with the ecommerce plan being the most expensive.
For this website, the 'Business' plan is sufficient and costs £204 annually.

Your website will need a domain (www address). If you don't already have one, we can buy one through Squarespace. If you do have one, we can point it to your new website. I will handle all of this for you.

I use Squarespace because it’s perfect for business owners who don’t have the time to learn something complicated. It’s really easy to use and I know that once we launch your website, you will be able to update the pages and make changes with ease.
It’s also an all-in-one platform, so it will do everything you need it to do, from managing domains and hosting to setting up a mailing list and selling, which is perfect for business owners that want to keep things as simple and straightforward as possible.

Yes, you will need a Squarespace account. If you don’t already have one, you will be prompted to create one when I create the website.

No, you don't need any Squarespace experience. I will build and launch your website for you, so there’s no additional skills required there, and you'll get access to a bank of videos showing you everything you need to know to edit and update your website (which is super easy, promise!). You'll have email support too.

Aside from the cost of the Done For You template, you will need a domain (www address) which is approx. £30/year. You will also need to pay annually/monthly for Squarespace. This is approx £180/year, although you'll get 6 months free to give us chance to build and launch your website first (you will start paying once we launch your website).
If you want to add more pages or a shop, this will be an additional cost too.

The layout of each page will be exactly as shown in the template demo. I will simply replace the demo content with your content. I may need to make small adjustments along the way, to fit your content in with the layout, but that will be at my discretion.
If you have bigger adjustments to the layout and structure in mind, please let me know and this can be discussed.

Of course! I will build your website for both desktop and mobile view and it will look great on both.
It’s also worth noting that Squarespace has a built-in mobile and desktop editor, so once your website has launched, you will be able to make changes easily to both layouts, should you need to.

Yes. If you want to add additional pages, there will be an option to request this at checkout.
If you decide further down the line that you need more pages and you want my help with this, get in touch and I can quote for ad-hoc updates.
Although, with the help of the video guides that you will get access to, it’s perfectly possible that you can add your own new pages too!

Yes, it is possible to add a shop to your new website to sell physical or digital products. Squarespace comes with built-in e-commerce functionality that works brilliantly for shops selling a small amount of simple products.
I can build this in for you for an additional cost, or you can have a go at doing this yourself.
However, if ecommerce is a big part of your business, please research Squarespace as an e-commerce platform before you buy a website. If you're selling a large number of products or you need lots of add-ons or complex functionality, it might not be suitable. Feel free to get in touch for some advice if you aren't sure.

Whilst multiple people can buy the same Squarespace template, we will be changing the colour scheme, logo, content and imagery, so it will look very different from other businesses using the same template.
Also, the chance of your target audience stumbling across another business using the same template as you is very unlikely, so I wouldn’t worry too much about that.
These Done For You templates are all about getting your business online in a way that’s simple and affordable, without losing quality.
If you’re really worried about using a template, a bespoke website might be a better option for you.

Once you have purchased your Done For You template, we will book in a build and launch date. This is usually within 3 weeks, just to give you a chance to gather together all of your content and branding.
The build and launch process itself will take up to 5 working days for a multipage website and 1 working day for a one-page website.

Yes, I will build your website so that it’s optimised for SEO. This will include keyword focused page titles, meta descriptions, headers and image ALT tags.
It’s worth noting, however, that a website's search engine optimisation is heavily influenced by the content on your website and many other external factors, including backlinks and blogging.
So although the website will be setup for SEO success, your content and ongoing SEO strategy is going to make a big difference.
